Program offers educational luncheons to community members who are 55+
VINELAND, NJ (February 6, 2018) – Inspira invites local seniors age 55 and older to attend Senior Class, a group that meets in Vineland seven times a year for a luncheon and educational session. The program is available to those who are looking to make new friends, learn about healthy living and enjoy an educational luncheon with their peers.
The next session takes place at noon on Friday, February 16 at Inspira’s Fitness Connection in Vineland. This session will feature a presentation on Deterra®, a safe, effective and convenient way to deactivate and dispose of prescription drugs. Proper disposal of prescription drugs is crucial to the prevention of prescription drug abuse. Attendees are encouraged to bring unwanted or expired prescription medications to this event for a product demonstration.

Senior Class meets at the Inspira Fitness Connection located at 1430 W. Sherman Avenue in Vineland. Each session includes a hot catered lunch and a 30-minute educational presentation by health experts, including physicians and other health care professionals. The cost is $6 per person or $10 per couple.
